Notification inbox

The notification inbox gives producers and venue owners a quick way to see important updates without checking email. Every notification that sends an email also appears in your inbox.

Finding your notifications

Look for the bell icon in the top navigation bar of your dashboard. If you have unread notifications, a red badge shows the count.

• On desktop: Click the bell to open a dropdown with your most recent notifications. Click "View all notifications" to see the full list.
• On mobile: Tap the bell to go directly to the full notifications page.

What triggers a notification

For venue owners

• New booking proposals from producers
• Booking confirmations and releases
• Right of first refusal notices (marked as urgent)
• Event completion signoff reminders
• Disputes filed against your bookings (marked as urgent)
• Dispute resolutions
• Venue payout confirmations

For producers

• Proposal responses (accepted or declined)
• Right of first refusal notices (marked as urgent)
• Booking confirmations
• New promises received for your campaigns
• Campaign threshold reached
• Campaign conversion complete
• Campaign expiration
• Campaign approval, rejection, suspension, and restoration by administrators

Managing notifications

• Mark as read: Click any notification to mark it as read and navigate to the relevant page.
• Mark all as read: Use the "Mark all as read" button at the top of the notification list.
• Filter: On the full notifications page, switch between All and Unread tabs.

Urgent notifications

Some notifications are marked as urgent with a visual indicator. These require timely attention:

• Right of first refusal notices — you have a limited window to respond before the booking is released.
• Disputes — a dispute has been filed and may require you to submit supporting documentation.
