How to manage your Promise Tickets account settings.
Your account settings are accessible from the dashboard.
Settings page
Click Settings in the dashboard navigation bar to access your account settings.
Stripe connection
The primary setting on this page is your Stripe Connect status. From here you can:
- Connect a new Stripe account
- View your current connection status
- Complete any pending onboarding steps

Issue Tickets
The Issue Tickets toggle controls whether digital tickets are issued to patrons through Ticket Tailor.
- When enabled, publishing a campaign creates an event series in Ticket Tailor with ticket types for each performance date. Converting a campaign issues digital tickets (with QR codes) to patrons.
- When disabled (default), campaigns operate without external ticketing. Patrons use their confirmation email as proof of purchase.
You can toggle this setting at any time. It takes effect the next time you publish or convert a campaign.
Account information
Your account email is displayed in the top-right corner of the dashboard. This is the email associated with your sign-in method (email/password, Google, or Facebook).
To update your email address or password, manage these through your authentication provider (Google account settings, Facebook settings, or the password reset flow for email accounts).
